Questions, corrections and test requests all arrive in the same inbox. Use the form — it is faster than email and it reaches us directly.
What gets a fast reply
- A correction. Send the URL and say what is wrong. Factual errors are fixed and logged on the page rather than changed quietly.
- A test request. Name the equipment and the question you want answered. Requests that come up repeatedly move to the front of the queue.
- A technique problem. Give us the numbers: dose in, yield out, shot time, grinder and setting, and what your water is. Without those, any answer we give you is a guess dressed up as advice.
What does not get a reply
- Offers to publish a guest post or insert a link. The answer is no, and it does not change with the amount.
- Press releases for products we did not ask about.
- Requests to remove or soften criticism of a product.
Press and manufacturers
We buy the equipment we review. If you want us to look at something, tell us it exists and we will decide independently whether it is worth buying.
